Items purchased from wwfbelt.com may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. All original packaging, tags, and components must be included, and a valid proof of purchase is required. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email info@wwfbelt.com with your order number and reason for return. Wait for return approval and instructions before sending the item. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is typically within 7 business days after approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible items. Requests must be made within the return period. Replacement items are shipped after the returned item is received and approved. Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue for review. After verification, a replacement or refund will be offered depending on availability and the situation.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized products and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

9. International Orders

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees related to the return are the customer’s responsibility.
