Return & Refund Policy – WWF Belt
At WWF Belt, we provide clear and transparent return and refund procedures so customers can make informed purchasing decisions. Please review the following terms carefully before placing an order.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all return requests. Custom or personalized belts are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, contact info@wwfbelt.com with your order details. Return instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective.
If a returned item is not in its original condition or is missing parts, a partial refund may be issued based on its condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@wwfbelt.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. After review, a replacement, repair, or refund will be offered depending on the situation and product availability.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not offered. If you need a different item, you may return the original item according to this policy and place a new order separately.
